Tuttle Library Trustees Meeting
December 14, 2015 Minutes
Present: Yvette Brinkley, Colleen Giffin, Ron Haggett, Stephen Ullman, and Margaret Warner; Kathy Chisholm, Library Director
Ron moved and Steve seconded adoption of the agenda. Approved unanimously.
Ron moved and Steve seconded the adoption of the Minutes from the past November, 2015 meeting. Approved unanimously.
Ron presented the financial reports, including a revised October 2015 Treasurer’s Report. The Library is currently on the path set by its annual budget.
Library Director Kathy Chisholm reported a miraculous cure of the chronic, rain-induced phone line interruption problem. Thank you TDS repairmen.
The Festival of Trees open house attracted 500 patrons.
Several elementary school classes have observed the Festival of Trees displays. Sadly Joyce Davison has decided to resign her post. The Tuttle Library will greatly miss her warmth and helpfulness.
The Library received the donation of a Charles Dickens exhibit from Gerry Nye. The Trustees wish to thank Mr. Nye for this display which his wife so loved. Wes Enman assembled a lovely display stand for which the Library is most grateful.
The Town Report material is due January 11th
The Trustees tentatively approved a visit by Grange members on February 17th. The Library will establish conditions for this visit.
Ron moved and Steve seconded the motion to adjourn. Adopted unanimously
